My family hired Hugo Herrera to inspect my father-in-law's brand new home after he fell while moving in. We suspected that his stairs were not compliant with building codes, and that this had led to his fall and subsequent hospitalization.

I contacted Hugo and he arrived the very next day to inspect the home. Not only were the stairs non-compliant, but he discovered several other discrepancies that the builder will have to repair.

He spent several hours inspecting the home, and prepared his report on the spot. It was very comprehensive, and we were able to send the copies he provided to our attorney to assist us in our claim against the builder.
